This small business is run by me, Isis du Jour. I have started this business from my passion for yoga and the love for being out in nature and on the water. Combining these two seemed like a match made in heaven!

You can join me for yoga at some beautiful studios, retreats & events or you can find me on the water for Paddleboarding & SUP Yoga sessions!

I am an experienced and fully qualified yoga teacher, teacher trainer, stand up paddle boarding coach & instructor. Most paddle boarding & SUP Yoga sessions are run by me, but I also work with some other brilliant and qualified instructors who you might meet in one of the sessions on the water.

Japa Mala Meditation

Can you sit still? Can you observe the mind and the chatter or does it seem like you get stuck in there?
There are many different ways to practice stillness or meditation, many different techniques
and practices, depending on how you feel or what you prefer.

Using a Mala for meditation can be a great way to keep the mind focused.
Here is an example of a simple Mala meditation with the focus on your breath:

1. Let your Mala drape across your fingers so you can move it easily.
2. Complete one full breath (inhale + exhale)
3. Move your fingers to the next bead after each full breath
4. Finish at the Guru bead to complete 108 breaths.
