Where can I buy a Sukha Rocks Mala?

The Sukha Rocks collection is available in the Sukha Rocks webshop: www.sukharocks.com and in the Etsy shop: https://www.sukharocks.etsy.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and PayPal.
The payment methods available in the Etsy shop are: credit card, PayPal, Klarna & Google Pay.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United Kingdom only if you purchase directly through the SUKHA ROCKS website.
Through the Etsy platform we ship within the United Kingdom and most European countries.
If your location is not on the list on Etsy and you would really like to purchase an item from SUKHA ROCKS, please send us an email and we might be able to help you to get your product of choice to your destination.

Where do you ship from?

All SUKHA ROCKS products are packed and shipped from the United Kingdom. All items are personally picked, hand wrapped and send to you.

How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

As SUKHA ROCKS is a small business and because we want to take all the good care to prepare your order in the best way we can and cleanse & charge the crystals, we usually pack & ship your order usually within 1-3 working days.
You will receive a notification once the order is on its way to you.

What are the delivery charges?

  • UK delivery is £4.50 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery

  • FREE Drop-Off for local customers (within 3 miles radius from Haywards Heath UK)

What are the estimated delivery times (after processing the order)?

  • UK delivery 48 hours

  • FREE Drop-Off for Local Customers 1-2 business days

Do you do gift packaging?

All purchases are hand wrapped in silk paper with love and positive intentions.

All Malas will arrive hand wrapped and delivered in a cotton pouch for storage, together with a card describing the meaning of the Mala and the gemstones and an affirmation that you can use when meditating or wearing your Mala.

The Crystal Kits will arrive in a cotton pouch with card as well and smaller jewellery items will arrive in a branded small box.

The Gift Sets and Smudge Gift Sets will arrive in a carton box, as shown on the photos in the shop.

Is SUKHA ROCKS jewellery handmade?

Yes. All of our Malas and jewellery pieces are handmade by the creator/founder
Isis du Jour herself in Sussex, United Kingdom. The Mala beads and other components used in the collection are carefully selected and hand picked for the best quality and ethical resources.
